SMOKIN Range Rover 3!

Hi all.

My folks have just called to say their RR3 just started smoking from under the bonnet.

They had trailered to the dealer who diagnosed it with suspension compressor failure?

Sadly the car is 4 months out of warranty, and only days away from having it’s 48? Point check to extend the warranty!

Anyone had this issue before, dare I ask is it costly?

Suggest get it away to a specialist ! Save some cash!! There is a place near Matlock?

Surely some good will should be present from LR to sort this out, at the very least they should be footing a good portion of the bill if the car has FSH, etc, as car is so fresh out of warranty. If not, give LR some stick directly!

That is exactly what is happening. There is also quite a list of knackered consumables on the car? This is their 3rd on the trot [and 5th LR], so they have come to expect it

On the plus side they said the new Freelander is fantastic!
