Buying From Abroad

I have recently been looking to purchase a RR sport55. My budget is not extensive and while looking around i have found more than a few at either low or even ridiculously low prices. these have been from sellers abroad promising trusted sales and deliveries. i need some guidance so i am not caught in a scam or owing money elswhere. any advise would be appretiated.
