Anyone read Chinese?

I keep getting emails that are in what appear Chinese. They don't have a virus attached & I'm just curious as to what on earth they are all about? In the days of negative SEO I'd also like peace of mind. If anyone reads Chinese (assuming it is indeed Chinese!) please drop me a PM. Many thanks.

You could just paste them into Google translate....

The trouble is the "text" is an image. Some also have an Excel speadsheet attached. I'll see if any come in with actual text & try the translate, thanks.
