Wait up. So I could start a small business called HoofySEO, charge a number of plumbers £300pm each, wait until they complain, then bin the burner phone, start up HoogySEO, charge different plumbers £300pm each, wait until they complain, then bin the burner phone, start up HoohySEO, charge different plumbers still...
Pretty much, yeah. Any time anyone complains, just blame it on Google or say you've not been doing it long enough to see results yet.KFC said:

I noticed that it has taken a massive jump in traffic http://www.similarweb.com/website/solarquotecompar... and if you call the number on the site it just takes you to ocere.com who are a marketing and lead generation company.

There must be 100's of thousands of affil sites, the chance of picking one randomly and it being mines is near non existent No, I've nothing to do with that site.
Was only asking due to the nothing to 2m visits PCM that the site seems to have achieved. Looks like it's most through Facebook and media buying though.Andrew[MG] said:

I wouldn't read too much into that similarweb thing - try running it against some of your own sites that you know the confirmed number of visitors for. I just put one of my own in and it was out by a factor of 5.
It is usually waaaaaaaaaay out but the trends aren't usually too bad.Frimley111R said:
Guess which solar website popped up on my email spam folder...
The one from above? I wonder where they purchased your address from? I filled in fake details on that site and have had nothing to my burner email address. Wonder if they called the EE store I gave them the number for....Gassing Station | Business | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
