So the Yorkshire company are having it dropshipped and almost tripling the price (albeit with a better warranty)? That's not bad business for them.

It's probably closer to double once costs are taken into account (exchange rate differences, bank fees, duty, etc), but yes, not too shabby. I guess there's the warranty/aftersales costs that need to be accounted for as you say.
