I'm looking for a simple solution to organise 4 technicians over a week/month.

Ideally we would like to be able to add a list of jobs for the week and month and then assign them to the person and work out where people need to be on what day. As we are growing it is better to get this in place now rather than later.

Is there some simple solution for this. At the moment we just use Google calendar, but it is not very user friendly, as ideally we would like to have list and then drag to assign to whoever for which day.

Surely this is something most people go through, so what is simplest to use?

I am in the process of implementing Clik at the moment. We have had an other system for ages but its not fit for purpose any more.

What i like is the App link to the software for the engineers to complete their job sheets, all of the information is fully editable unlike a lot of other program's that just save the job sheet as a PDF. (kind of useles when engineers right stupid stuff all the time)

Have a look at Podio. I use it a lot. It takes a bit of setting up bit is well worthwhile.

The click software looks good and I think I f we had been UK based it would have been perfect.

However for now we are going to use podio, it works ok for now and will do until I find another solution.

Thanks for the input.

Also look at Globiflow - an add on for Podio. Makes workflow a breeze and can do an awful lot of clever stuff with the system.
