Won't stop a poorly secured WP site from being hacked.

Fix and secure it on current hosts before you start looking for new webhosting!

Wordfence is the first plugin to be installed IMHO. Totally excellent and well worth paying the small cost for the professional version.

I doubt they would host a site that's already been compromised though. Check the T&Cs before signing up.

Ok so when you sign up do their T&Cs give them access to edit files in order to secure them? Or do you provide them with WP Admin access so that they can ensure your WP config is all secured? Genuinely interested

I've no idea, email them and ask they always reply within ten minutes!
