I had a website a few years back and on paper, it was a good domain. However, when telling folk it over the phone, it was a nightmare. And often you'd end up speaking to some clown who didn't really give a toss and as such didn't make the effort to actually understand the spelling correctly.
Actually, I've been told you want a business name that's easy to understand over a bad line and not have to spend ages trying to spell it out over the phone.
That's what sider is saying.

My business name is a "clever" play on a word. Worst decision I ever, ever made. Forever correcting people's spelling of it on the phone.
