If I turn up, I would argue with the store manager who would call the Head Office and they would advise to not let me have the stock. If I get one store's worth then they will certainly remove or move the stock in the rest so I feel that it won't be a good exercise.
You no listen, forget about replaying phone calls, everyone involved in this is pissed off, they are not co-ordinated.

If you turn up , no-one will give a st. Get down there.

Having been through this a number of times, I can only echo what has been said regarding the legalities. Terms and conditions, contracts, invoices etc, all irrelevant, it's a game with different rules now. Legal title won't get your stock back. There is only one way. Personally, I would appeal to the store managers myself and of course reward them for their wasted time in helping you repatriate the stock....

I had this once, customer closed, owed money we sent invoices to administrator,

but in the mean time was told to go and get our stock take copies of unpaid invoices and our terms and conditions,

Rocked up asked to see the manager explained as they were in administration we were recovering stocks not paid for gave him copies of unpaid invoices and terms and said he can pay what is owed in cash or we would remove items,

we removed the goods then the administrator rang offering x pence in the pound for stock we had already got back.

most managers will not be clued up on the law and as long as you take paperwork will let you have goods, some may ring head office (Make sure they talk to purchase ledger to confirm goods not been paid for!) otherwise you might be stuck.

but good luck op.
