Overseas design services

Currently have an in house design function at the moment but they are at capacity so looking at trying to take some of the workload off and farm the grunt work like pathing images, product proofs (dropping logos onto vectored products) overseas.

Interested to know if anyone has used a reliable overseas design service before? Any recommendations. Looking for more of an enterprise level solution, with SLA's rather than hitting up individual designers on services like Fivver etc.

Have used Upwork with some very good results - would recommend them.

Sourcing direct is not easy and plagued with many hurdles - worth navigating if this is a long-term thing with significant work being outsourced but for the occasional load-lifter, services like Upwork take out all the risk and hassle.

If there’s any IP involved, you can say goodbye to it. Using anyone starting at Eastern Europe and going further east - its all fair game. Contract legalities, NDAs etc… are worthless as a prior employer of mine found out to their cost - twice. We used someone in the Czech Republic and again in Poland
