Which business mobile network to go for?
Discussion
Hi
Currently have my business mobiles with Three Business. When we first went with them, they were the best for unlimited data, but now we don't use quite as much and also the other networks have closed the gap.
Also, Three Business call centres are all overseas and I just find that hard work, and they ALSO are not open on weekends which is just stupid.
We are not a large company. Currently 5 lines, with a circa spend of £200/£250 a month total.
The end dates for each line are different too - how does that work? Normally, with a single line, you just wait until your contract runs out and move. But there isn't a single date for this with our 5 lines. So I can't picture how this works. Obviously I can discuss this with whoever is suggested we move to.
So, thoughts on the good, bad and the ugly please

I can sort all that out for you. You shouldn't be paying anywhere near that much. I'm guessing about £5 to £15 a month is the service charge and £35 or so is purchase cost of the phone.
On business contracts unless you negotiate co-terminus end dates, each time you add a connection, change the number then that single number is a new 12/24/36mth contract for that line only. Gives a mix of messy end dates.

Ahh ok, thank you!On business contracts unless you negotiate co-terminus end dates, each time you add a connection, change the number then that single number is a new 12/24/36mth contract for that line only. Gives a mix of messy end dates.
So, I think that 2 of the lines have phones included in their price, and the rest are SIM only.
All the end dates for the contracts are scattered to the wind, over the next 22 months or so. So, does that mean basically setting up a new account (through you) that would start with 1 line being switched, and as and when the other lines end their tie-in, I can switch them across? Can you facilitate the co-terminus end dates also? If so, I need to talk to you! What is the best way for me to get in touch?
Thanks
