We've come across them multiple times. Onerous 5 and 7 year contracts. Opaque/non-existant T&C's, unverifiable billing. Wild promises by sales to get deals over the line etc etc.

If they've made a proposal, happy to look over it for you and give you some pointers to negotiate on.

How watertight are these? Got a customer trying to get out of one at the moment...

Also contract for services not lining up with contracts for equipment.

My mum taught me that if you don't have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all.
