Looking into possibly buying a commercial property. I've finally found the perfect site could not get something more right for my requirements.
can anyone recommend any good commercial mortgage brokers?

Whats the rule of thumb regards loan to value / deposit amounts?

Last year I was looking at an investment office and it was about a 65% mortgage, but that's a sign of the times. If I was owner occupier then it would have been more like 75% I believe.
