I often think of the old adage, the harder I work, the luckier I get. I once picked up a tube of knock off own brand Pringles in Tesco, noted the manufacturer's details on the pack & rang them up the next day. It just so happened they were finalising a deal for Asda & had everything in place except a haulier. That led directly to a 12 year relationship. Serendipity for sure but it all starts with picking up the phone.
