Can anyone recommend call recording software? Ideally, I'm looking for a firm to whom I can take my number too.

My current provider is proving very unreliable so I'm looking to change. Whilst my calls are recorded at the provider's end, they are not showing on my log in, and of course I need quick and easy access to my history in case my FCA-authorised partner firm asks me on the spot to provide a sample of calls.

As of today I'm still having problems with their customer service, so I'm looking for any recommendations for a reliable service others may have experienced.

Thanks!

Find a Gamma Horizon reseller. There’s plenty of them around.

Horizon is a full VoIP solution rather than just call recording, but bolting call recording on is a pain whichever way you do it. Better for it to be integrated into the VoIP platform (for smaller requirement's at least).

3CX provides call recording as part of the paid licence software package. Unlike some other vendors there are no 'extras' for this added functionality.

Following along! I'm also on the lookout for call recording software. We've already discovered a fantastic messaging system with Clerk Chat https://clerk.chat/industries/restaurants, and now finding a reliable call recording solution would be the cherry on top. As a manager, providing excellent customer service is my top priority, and having the right tools in place is crucial for achieving that goal.
