URGENT - Finding out Directors & Shareholders - PLEASE HELP

Is there a way of doing this ?

I urgently need to find the Directors & Shareholders of the following company (urgent as in tonight !!!)

1 Woodhall Road, Calverley, Leeds, LS28 5NL
Company Registration No. 5513044

A company search at Companies House will definitely reveal the directors, secretary etc. By downloading the Annual Return form you MAY be able to see who the current hsreholders are.

In actual fact, the company appears to have been only set up on 19 July 2005 so no accounts or annual return has yet been filed at Companies House. They are not due to be filed until 19 July 2007 and 16 August 2006 respectively.

I don't think they've submitted an annual return

Newly formed in July 2005.

No accounts files yet.

Yes, I just spotted that and have amended my original post.

However, the original formation documentation will be on file and some of that will be obtainable in a standard Company search.

Unusually the shareholder database has not been updated on the system I use.

Company was incorporated on 19-07-2005, so no accounts submitted as yet and therefore no help with an financial info, but see below if it helps!

I could probably get you the shareholders details, but it will have to be tomorrow rather than tonight. Is that any use?

See what I said earlier.

A company search at Companies House will reveal the basic details of the company. However, you might have to wait until the Annual Return is filed to find out who the shareholders are. They have not yet filed an Annual Return because they have not yet been sent one for completion.

If you go to the Companies House link I posted you will see how to go about accessing the up to date information held on this company at Companies House.

You can also telephone Companies House and ask someone there what information you can obtain about the company. Unlike many government offices, the staff at Companies House are knowledgeable and usually helpful.
