Please be careful chaps !!
Players' Agents have all their financial interests sewn up "lock stock..."
...Aidy if your after sponoring a Club for potential finacial gain you will need acces to the Agent(S)....if you are unable to get this (from my experience of football clubs ..you won't !!)...then think long and hard.
My "experience" was with Everton...met with the Chairman....absolutely super chap,,,,,unfortunately he had NO,,,repeat NO influence with the player Agents,,,,very sad state of affairs,,,quite unbelievable re lack of professionalism etc etc...
I know Rugby is a different sport.....quite possibly set to mutate into large growth...BUT...Agents are way ahead of the "game" and extremey shrewd in tieing up every single aspect of a players finacial deciions.

My view would be in sponsoring a "2nd Division" outfit.....but a minority sport..set to grow..Ice Hockey....Baketball...etc...
