I am looking to write a complaints procedure for our company. 'What to do if someone makes a complaint'
Can anyone direct me to a 'model form' that I can adapt?

Googling reveals lots of ways of making complaints, not writing the policy.

I am sure you can do it yourself - it's common sense really.

I did one for my company to integrate into it's SOP's. In one hand you have your legal responsibilities, and in the other hand you have the companies "culture" and how it values it's clients and it's reputation.
