I thoroughly recommend SAM @ 2dmedia.co he's just about finished www.aceparts.com for just £2K all in! Bargain of the century and it's doubled our internet sales and paid for itself within a month
The only thing is he's now busy doing some other sites for us!

Another vote for Sam - really good. Sorted out a site for a previous venture underbudget & ahead of time. Functionality was spot on.
