So I thought I would start by introducing Opportune Recruitment as I guess thats what a B2B forum is about.
I know it kind of goes against the PH rules but then how can you have a B2B forum and not be able to plug your business?

If you want to know more read on if not please feel free to quite the thread.

Formed in 2001, Opportune Recruitment is a recruitment agency with a difference.
We have just one aim, to make recruitment of the right staff for you as easy as possible.
Opportune Recruitment is made up of two distinct and separate divisions Opportune IT and Opportune Sales.

Opportune IT focuses on the supply of permanent and contract IT staff to companies in mainland Europe and the UK.
Opportune Sales is a specialist agency working only with the candidates that make up the top 10% of the sales industry UK wide.

We understand that recruitment can be expensive and time consuming.
Choosing Opportune Recruitment as your preferred recruitment partner is the first and most important step to reducing the workload and stress caused by recruitment issues

We have developed our recruitment solutions based on the needs and requests of our customers and the requirements of doing business in today’s world.
We have taken on board the tried and tested recruitment methods that actually worked for our clients and disregarded those that did not, while developing our own brand and ethos.

The result is a company that deliver high quality yet dynamic recruitment services; while ensuring value is delivered through our honest pricing policy.

Who are your customers?
Opportune Recruitment is currently working with a number of large and small companies from various industries sectors throughout Europe.

Opportune Sales targets companies operating in the UK.

Opportune Recruitment is currently working as the preferred recruitment partner to large and small companies from various industries sectors throughout the UK and mainland Europe.
We deliver local solutions for global customers and projects.
Our clients are targeted and researched like our solutions; if we don’t feel we can provide them with 1st class service delivery we will not work together.

Why do Opportune IT and Opportune Sales target SMEs as well as larger clients?
Opportune Recruitment is a small to medium sized, privately owned recruitment agency. We understand first hand what it means to be an SME in today’s market place.
We understand that one of the biggest challenges for any company is recruiting and retaining quality staff.
Alone small businesses can struggle to compete against the larger organisations when trying to attract the highest calibre individuals.
Through partnership we can ensure that small businesses have the knowledge and tools at their disposal to target and successfully recruit the right people for their business.
Through consultation, realistic advice and knowledge sharing, we will help your business to grow. As your business grows, we hope ours will too.

What can you offer the SME?
We are on hand to offer the benefit of many years of experience and advise on any recruitment issues.
When we have decided on action to be taken Opportune Recruitment offers a full portfolio of recruitment solutions targeted at the small business.
Many larger agencies will only offer attractive terms to large customers with purchasing influence and large annual budgets for head count. We offer these services at a cost that small businesses can appreciate.

How can you offer recruitment services to both large and small customers?
We regularly poll our customers and potential customers to make sure our solutions are targeted and client expectations are surpassed rather than just met.
Our solutions are developed around our customers needs not ours.
The recruitment industry is going through a period of rapid change, as our client’s buying needs and strategies become more sophisticated, our business model and products are adapted to keep our recruitment techniques on the cutting edge. Many competitors quick to promise results and slow to deliver, we realise we will have to work hard for your business and we are happy to do just that.

What do you view as your priorities?
Our number one priority is delivery. If we promise, we deliver.
Our customers rely on us, and we do not take our responsibilities lightly.
We want hiring managers to enjoy doing business with Opportune Recruitment, by lightening their workload and accepting responsibility for sourcing issues we hope we can make their working day a little easier.
Our aim to do away with unnecessary fuss and make recruitment as easy and as painless as possible for our customers.
By honestly advising our clients and delivering the right services, time after time we are building quite a reputation.

Which areas do you specialise in?
Opportune IT supplies both permanent and contract staff across four areas Infrastructure, Support, Development and Niche.
Niche includes many things: ERP / MRP / CRM, supply-chain IT, eBusiness and 3rd party and bespoke finance/banking systems etc.

Opportune Sales works only with the cream of the sales profession, B2B and B2C.
Senior sales professionals, business development managers, account managers, sales managers, sales and marketing directors etc.

Opportune Recruitment is experienced in providing individuals at all levels of seniority from second jobbers to board level directors.
Our extensive databases of individuals looking for both permanent employment and contract / interim opportunities is second to none.

I would like to find out more about The Opportune Recruitment Group, what is the next step?
If you feel that Opportune IT or Opportune Sales can / could help you with current / future recruitment needs, a consultant is always on hand to answer any questions you have.

I think the concept is more like if someone needs some advice/help in the business arena they ask here as opposed to just putting up a mission statement without being asked to...

Responding to questions also has the effect of allowing lots of people to give ideas and opinions which is useful as opposed to adverts/self promotion which Ted has'nt been paid for.
