Just a quick question... have you incorporated the functionality to change the your ads once they are live? i.e. There is no preview of your ad until it has been added, so i'm sure people (i.e. me!) may want to change the ad once its put on there.

This will obviously get more important if you actually start to sell the ad space!

I think the concept is a good one, but needs work on the functionality side of it.... image upload etc, rather than every ad being templated?

Thanks mate, I've added the help buttons as suggested by someone earlier, and have the preview all done, but not rolled out yet, so I'm really happy that I've had some nice suggestions from you guys!!!

Well over half the squares are gone now, so hopefully everyone who has a box can start making some money! (well possibly haha)

Next stage, when the free squares are almost gone is to do a press release and get the site on Digg, see if I can get it to the front page and drive some real hits to the site!
