Retail Contents, Liability & glass insurance recomendations

Hi,
Myself and my gIrlfriend are shortly going to be starting our (her - sorry love) own business. Shes a hairdresser and we're just finalising the lease on a property at the moment.
Does anyone have any good recommendations for the following insurance types;
Public/Employer Liability
Retail/shop fittings contents
Glass - we need to insure ourselves the huge plate glass bay window. I know the glass is chuffing expensive so a good recommendation for this would be much appreciated.
Any other types of insurance we may have forgotten?

suggest the insurance also covers for loss of earnings/income following a major claim such as a fire/flood/destruction.
