20,000 Handsets

We have a contract with a company who wants a minimum of 20,000 mobile handset. However these have to be built to a particular specification to target a niche market. So they have to be designed and built specially for this company. The company thinks they will sell around 20,000 per month, however the initial order will be around the 20,000 mark. I have a couple of Chinese manaufacturers who have said 'yes' (however I guess they would say 'yes' to pretty much anything!). I know that the likes of Nokia and Sony Ericsson would not get out of bed for this volume... I have one European group who are 'thinking about it'.... Ideally I would like the manufacturing company would be a brand (like Nokia for example!)
