EMc - its all sorted now - just explaining the situation - I will never pay for something I have not agreed to - when we agreed the fixed fee - they came back to me with a number that I agreed - I didnt haggle and its a fair fee for what they agreed to do.

Its the p*ss taking that I hate - I know of at least 3 other clients that they have lost due to "overbilling" - sounds much like "the firm" LOL!

Anyway - if anyone knows a good/fair/inspirational accountant - we maybe looking!

When I first read "The Firm" back in 1991, I thought an awful lot of it rang true about some accounts offices I had worked in.

"good" to me = firm, fair, takes the lead, listens, delivers on time (wages etc) and is good craic!

Unfortunately our current "firm" = wet and wimpy, takes the p*ss at every opportunity, has NEVER come up with anything original that helps us as a business, doesnt listen - too worried about cash flow (their own), NEVER delivers requests and standard items on time - criac - ar%5e crack deffo!
