Setting up the company is the easy part.
Running it and keeping on top of all the paperwork is the hard bit.

Have you ever run a limited company before?

Well what about my £50K!?

I think I should use the site as a service for people to hunt down people who run companies but get other people to run it for them, I can put their aliases and all the rest of their details and stuff.

£19 ? where from?

£50 would have covered my time (at minimum wage level) to complete the CT41G, set up a PAYE scheme for myself as a paid director, ensure you have the right flexibility in the MAAOA, as opposed to normal 'off the shelf' ones.

£50 was a bargain

Ungrateful sod wink

Anyone know where you can buy off the shelf companies that have a director already in place that you can "keep" rather than changing Directorship?
Not sure if this is going to be possible. If it is, you're going to have to get their signature on things like bank account applications etc. What's the reason behind wanting to do so?
