Are we all prepared for the excuses then - 'Hasn't your cheque arrived - oh, I posted it - it must be delayed/lost in the postal strike'

Give the slow paying p*** takers another excuse won't it frown

And for once, they *may* be telling the truth!

I never believed the 'lost in post' trick until we had a letter postmarked October arrive in June...

We have had post delivered every day so far and collections Thurs and Fri.

Less than usual, but looks like our local postie isn't on strike!

Its great, Ive come home the last few days and havent had to step over a pile of crappy leaflets offering me credit cards etc.

If it's that important, nothing to stop you using an alternative, Royal Mail only have a monopoloy on post under £1 AFAIK.
