I know the pitfalls about having a patent and the costs of defending it etc...

but...I have patent pending, my trial results are what were expected and very very pleasing. In the coming months i plan to approach pharmaceutical companies with the view to licensing or selling the product. It is a unique, multi functional and global product.

Has anybody gone here before? I have some professional help with this but more opinions the better. Is one best sending product information direct to the CEO or through their submitting process? How can i be sure the CEO gets it? as i do not have any personal contacts in these companies, just the names.

Thanks in advance

I work in devices for big pharma. What area does your product fit into ?
As with most companies you need to speak to the right person, not necessarily the CEO (who will probably be too busy to talk with you anyway !)

its a low back support / posture aid, for the consumer, professional, industry and sporting (it maintains perfect posture for golf)markets. A replacement for the lumbar belt, but very inexpensive to produce and much clinical data to back it up.
