If you can't get help from someone on the site, I am using a company called "Marks and Clerk" they are just trademark lawyers, several branches and they seem very helpful if not cheap.

There was a trademark specialists in Manchester some years ago called Wilson Gunn & Ellis.

We used them years ago but I don't know if they're still there.
