Questions..

- Does this actually carry some legal weight?
- Should you/is it a good ideas to have this type of info at the end of a mail
- Is there a legal requirement to place company details on an e-mail: address/company no etc (I thought there was not, same as a website)

Cheers

You are now required to put Company details on the website and emails, I think it was an amendment to the Companies Act.

If you're ltd then it's a legal requirement to have reg. no and address on all emails. Ditto with letter heads.

Came in recently to specifically include emails, before then it was unspecific.
