UK T-Shirt Companies

Anyone know of any UK companies that you can send a t-shirt desgin to and they will create the shirt for you. I know of a US company that hold the design's for you and when someone orders one, they make it and send it out to the customer.
Im guessing i would have to pre-order the t-shirts and hold them in stock and send out to customers myself in the UK

I need good quality t-shirts.

Can anyone reccomend anyone?

Also, is their any computer software which i could use to design the t-shirts ????

I've not used them myself, just know about them as one of our web design partners did the site.
