I wonder if anyone could give me some ballpark figures of an annual fee for the following...

Set up and formation of a Ltd Company and all the stuff that goes with
Submission of accounts return etc for Ltd company throughout the year
Submission of director of said Ltd companies SA tax return
Advice throughout the year within the scope of the business / personal tax affairs

Ltd company and director would be keeping all records of ins and outs on spreadsheets etc. to minimise the amount of work acc. has to do (and keep fees down). Non Vat Registered with possibility of going VAT in next 2-3 years.

What would a ballpark annual fee be - or is it a how long is a piece of string question? Is there any good ways to keep accountancy costs down when running a Ltd Co. that anyone can suggest?

Any advice appreciated, Thanks

As the company is non-VAT registered the assumption must be that its turnover is not yet up to £64,000 per annum.

I would suggest a total all-in fee of around £600 to £700 wouldn't be too far off the mark - especially if the personal Self Assessment tax returns are included as well (although they can vary from individual to individual depending on how complex their personal tax affairs are).
