I believe a certain motor manufacturer knocks out a few cars a year from sheds too!

Not a bad idea guys, I think the answer lies in getting the extention built after all I'm going to need the extra garage space for the Sagaris so a studio could be built above that.

There might be a planning issue here - an extension needs planning permission but perhaps a very big very nice 'shed' doesn't?

I have already spoken to our local planning office. They tell me any structure (even a car port) measuring more than 50 cubic feet will need permission. (I think those dimensions are correct) although there have been plenty of other extentions go up around here I really don't think we will have a problem getting it.

My problem is getting the plans drawn up, quotes, getting the ball rolling. PistonHeads takes up far too much of my time.
