I can't cope with doing our accounts any more, it's too much hassle and it's not what I do best and I'm neglecting both that and my tech work just to keep everything moving.

I think we need someone to come in 1 or 2 days a week to handle our relatively simple accounts and manage cashflow, Sage, sweet talk the bank and suppliers, that sort of thing.

Any idea of where to look or what they'll cost? I think we need a bit more than a bookkeeper, as we have someone doing the day-to-day stuff already - I need someone who can be independent and throw their weight around with fellow directors as well

Where are you based? I know a chap in the Thames Valley who was doing this sort of thing.
