I was all set to buy a kindle and then this came out, would I be stupid buying a kindle now? I don't have an ipad or any other tablet, just my iphone and a laptop. Off on long haul holiday soon and wondering if this would be a better idea.

What do you guys think? (gadget novice here)

e-paper screen is far better for reading

I have decided that in my mind, the Nexus is a very smart Kindle equivalent (that hopefully doesn't break as often!) I would imagine the screen is no good outside though, as it doesn't go very bright

Got this case and nexus this morning all works used appinstaller app to install flash all works fine.

Can't seem to install tiscali mail it can't handle outgoing setup of pop mail server.

I had the Nexus out in the garden recently and I'd say that it's too reflective to use in the sunlight for reading. The Kindle is much better in this respect.
