Do you have a proxy or firewall that is blocking ssl (https port 443) as the link is to an un encrypted page (http) and the sign up is on a secure link (https)

Probably not then. Might have been a problem if you had a firewall router or were behind a corporate firewall and hadn’t configured Ie properly.

Can you get to other https sites. how about this one at natwest

nb cut an paste the entire link into the address bar as ted's url tags don't support https links

You probably need to override cookies for that site. If you are getting the little no entry sign, that's the prob.

Tools, internet options, privacy, sites. Allow the site and you should be fine... Providing that was the problem of course
