What appears to be the problem?
OK... here goes.
After a server rebuild, we restored all of our email from PST files.
No problems there.
We then collected all of our mail from our ISP, that had been sitting waiting to be downloaded by POP connector whilst the server was offline. Mail appeared to transfer to user mailboxes correctly.
We then seemed to have a four hour period, where new mail was being downloaded from our ISP, but did NOT drop into mailboxes. The reasons for this are still unknown.
We checked that all users had both "user@domain.local" and "user@domain.co.uk" email addresses, as well as the correct X400 details.
We had to amend a couple of users addresses, and external email started dropping into boxes correctly again.
However, we have this four hour period where downloaded emails have disappeared. They are not in "Bad Mail" and from what we can see, they have not bounced back to senders as "undeliverable"
Where will we find this missing data?!

If you're desparate, it might be worth posting the problem on an Exchange/Microsoft/etc. forum. The Americans are still awake!
Yep, we are already looking around there!
Thanks for the moral support though! Nice to know that people are around to offer advice and make suggestions at Stupid O'Clock.....
