Yet another wireless networking query!

So then. I now own a laptop and want to be able to browse the web from the garden, bath, bed etc.

I currently have a Netgear DG834 which is a wired router with built in broadband modem connected to the 2 desktops.

What do I need to allow me to wirelessly browse the web as cheaply as possible? Would something like this do:

along with this:

www.digidave.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=83

I'm not sure if the wireless router would work ok with my Netgear router?
