Since Monday evening my iPad and iPhone have been saying that they could not connect to exchange.

When I use exchange.1and1.co.uk/owa I get the following;

Outlook Web Access could not find a mailbox for EXCHANGE\username. If the problem continues, contact technical support for your organization and tell them the following: The mailbox may be stored on a Microsoft Exchange 2000 or Microsoft Exchange 2003 server, or the Active Directory user account was created recently and has not yet replicated to the Active Directory site where this Client Access server is hosted.

I can't find any reference to it on the internet and had no reply from 1and1 yet.

They've just done an upgrade and we've been having all sorts of problems with our company email accounts since. I've managed to sort my outlook client and web access is working ok, but all our Blackberrys and androids aren't sorted out yet.

Phew, thanks, at least I can read and catch up with my email now!!

I hope they get it sorted and I wish they'd have kept me updated with what was going on... although how they'd have done that if I can't receive email I don't know!

Now I can get in, I had this in there;

Dear Customer,

This e-mail contains important information on your product Microsoft Exchange.

Your mailbox will be migrated to the new version Microsoft Exchange 2013 by 1&1 on 2013-12-11. Nothing will change in your existing contract.

There will be no additional costs resulting from the migration or the use of the new version.

In order for your mailbox to function properly after the migration, you will need to make adjustments to your e-mail client. Instructions on how to proceed are available at:

http://faq.1and1.co.uk/microsoft_exchange/12.html

Best regards,
1&1 Internet Ltd.

For anyone else having issues, go into your settings and update the exchange server address from 'exchange.1and1.co.uk' to '1.exchange.1and1.co.uk' - no other changes needed.
