Bloody fuming with myself... I just clicked on an email from 'Apple', which looked reasonable, but once I'd clicked through was obviously a phishing scam. Unfortunately, my computer dumped a load of information into the boxes on the website I'd clicked through to. I sussed it was dodgy when I saw they wanted info they already had and closed the site, and quickly changed my apple passwords, and a few others just in case (paypal etc).

So, have I royally screwed up here? My address and DOB were auto filled in, as were a list of the apple products I've owned, with serial numbers! Anything I can do, or just brace for a load of hassle and keep an eye on my credit record?

It's possible as you didn't confirm any info that you're safe but it is also possible that the site may have scraped the details you entered (or were entered for you) without even having to confirm them or click submit.
