For comparison, here's a daytime pic from my Vstarcam dome camera. It's an IP camera which records to inbuilt SD card, remote control with 5 preset positions and cost ~£85. Only issue I've really had is that every few days it seemed to reset itself to point straight forwards / down but the latest s/w update seems to have solved that. Domed, so no spiders.

Not got any nightime pics, but will add some over the weekend if I remember.
I'm looking for something similar, what model is that?

Has to be PoE for me though :/.

I wouldn't get too hung up over the PoE requirement, unless you want WiFi and only want a short power cable run?
The cables are usually combined power and coax.

Yep - the ads etc. are a bit corny, and the translation from Chinese isn't the best. I expected them to be fairly rubbish but they are actually very good! Of course, they may not last - but they're doing better than the expensive cameras so far.
they're not good imo, the saving of videos is basically non-existant unless you want to save it to an SD card which the thief could just remove

No, I WANT PoE. This provides internet (no dodgy wifi signal) and power in a very small cable. I'm of course talking about IP camera's.

God-Damn spiders! Are they attracted to the Infra-red or something? Almost every day a new one sets up camp right in front of the lens.

You need to buy a turret:

Some anti-spider spray would help.

Not in my experience it won't - Spiderex did very little for me.

This spider patiently dismantled his web overnight and rebuilt it. Such is his determination to bugger up my CCTV.
