How to save a streaming video as a file?

trying to save a music video to watch on the PSP. Can't find it online other than MTV or other sites that stream it.

Any ideas? tried going to temp internet folder but no joy.

Now, I need to find a converter to put all my vid files into MP4 to run them on the Sony PSP!

The program I was given on CD and subsequently DLd online keeps telling me error just as it completes the conversion.
