I'd have thought any smart watch that can receive notifications from the watch can do that. I have a Garmin Forerunner 955 and that works with notifications and alarms etc.
Yep, I have a fenix 6X Pro and use the alarms in the Garmin app to trigger on the watch - you get a choice of tone/vibrate/tone+vibrate. Works great.E90_M3Ross said:

That's the issue. When scanning for Bluetooth, it doesn't find the Huawei band. Not sure if this is due to the Huawei watch being too old, or Google sacking off Huawei??I downloaded the Huawei health store link, but it wouldn't connect to that.
With regards to your Garmon, is the vibrate alarm quite strong?

Getting annoyed with the lack of transparency from Google and how they don't prioritise Pixel owners over other android users.
Used a friends Samsung phone at the weekend for Android Auto in my car and they have cool looking 3D buildings on the map, connect my phone and it's back to 2D.

You need to turn it on *facepalm*Used a friends Samsung phone at the weekend for Android Auto in my car and they have cool looking 3D buildings on the map, connect my phone and it's back to 2D.

Yep, you need to turn it on in Maps. Click 'Layers' then '3D' under Map Details.
It's enabled in maps, I've tried it in both my cars and it still shows 2D maps via the car screen with Android Auto.Doing some research online quite a few people are having the same issue, they say it's server side and Google are gradually rolling it out to all android devices.

Noticed something recently on my 7a, when using WiFi calling I keep getting disconnected, this seems to happen at exactly 15 minutes and only for outgoing calls. Anyone else noticed this?
My 6a frequently dropped WiFi calls for a period of a few weeks shortly after I got it. Seems to be ok now. Haven't done anything to the WiFi so assume it's one of those Google 'features'...dontlookdown said:

My at a glance weather has stopped working since updating to the January security patch the other day...
Still AWOL, yet I can put a weather widget on the home screen and it's got my location/can access the weather app. I get both weather and route to work now.
You can have a look at the logs to find out what caused it but it's a bit involved

Worth doing a factory reset and seeing the issue still persists, if so the device should still be under warranty.

Are there any deals out there at moment for SIM free Pixel 8? Other than get a trade in through Google Store?
Google Store are offering £210 for my Pixel 6 + £120 store credit + some more store credit as I have Google One. Think £145 in total store credit.
My pixel 6 bottom speakers have stopped working yesterday. My 19 month old tipped his bottle of milk over the phone, it was standing up at the time I rescued it quickly and presumed as it has a IP68 rating it will be fine but nope 24 hours later and they still aren't working.
Have found out it's under warranty though so tempted to take it to the EE store (directed to do this by Google support) and see if they can repair it.
So listening to music/ video calls are painfully quiet.
