we keep getting a certain user being disabled about 4-5 times a day. she swears blind she is not putting in the password wrong any ideas? its just her its affecting.

Mapped network drive with the wrong password in somewhere is a common one.

As has been said, mapped drives are a favourite.
If you check the security event log on your DC's you should be able to find out which machine's failed authentication attempt locked the account out and work from there...

Have tehy got some annoying 3rd party app that's trying to get out through th proxy with her old account password?
