Missing dll files when runing ACCESS

Arghh, HELP! I'm trying to write a business plan using Llyods Routemap but as soon as I click to view a page it starts to install Access runtime or something. This starts but always fails to find dll files.
How / where can I re-install runtime or whatever it's called?

I would install the latest version of MDAC from http://msdn.microsoft.com/data/

Access runtime is (a) very old and (b) normally installed by the program that needs it. MDAC often resolves a multitude of sins...
