Tablet for video calls only

Looking for a tablet just for video calls over wifi with someone who will either be using Windows, Android or Kindle Fire. 7" would be fine but 10" better. Front and back camera if possible, with the camera on the non-screen side the better quality. Already have a decent laptop so not interested in much of the other functionality.

Is a Kindle Fire the best way to go (£50 for 7" model) or are there other options? Would even considered unbranded/own brand devices or secondhand.
