OK now I'm confused smile You use TSO who use 365 then forward all the mail on to a BT Internet address?
No, we host ten domains with Tsohost. All of them have mail forwarders to BT. BT uses MS/365.

Bump
What on earth happens with TSOHost. They just keep getting themselves on the spam blacklists. Microsoft sites have been blocking their emails since February 25th. This is their Support Status Centre

They don’t seem to care. Is it not normal to fix things in a couple of hours not several weeks

I moved off TSOHost for my domain for this very reason. Emails being blocked due to crappy sender reputation. Now on O365 email, bit more expensive but reliable.

They’ve been on blacklists a lot longer than that. I’m in the process of moving my domains and hosting away.

There should be charities set up to save people who are trapped using tsohost services. And maybe support groups for the survivors.

Where is a good place to move 150 odd domains?

Just the domains? I’ve switched all mine to Google Domains to keep them separate from the hosting.

"Google Domains doesn't support the .ME.UK ending"

That’ll cost them best part of 7 customers then.

As above. Or Cloudflare. Or Krystal Hosting.

Thanks. They all seem to be good, and then get taken over and steadily decline.

Exactly this. You could probably set your calendar by it.

Krystal Hosting have vowed not to sell up. They've been going for well over a decade and in that time I believe they've turned down numerous take over offers. I believe they're now the UK's largest independent hosting company.

"Siri, remind me to check if kyrstal hosting is indendent in 5 years time."

I have an account with them, and hope you are right. but it's just not how the world works in my experience. Something will come up.

I’m looking at Zoho. Seems stage 1 is to point the MX record to Zoho by firing up the TSOHost DNS Records. What could possibly go wrong!!!

I hope they don't. I'm planning on migrating to them this week unless I find someone better. TSO have gone downhill big time frown
