What's a good compact, silent desk fan for an office?

Good timing, I’ve just ordered two to test out, one arrived today and is pretty good for the size, although setting 2 and 3 are a bit loud, but the first setting is probably enough and slightly better than my old one, bonus is it has a battery built in so can be used without power, its this one:

Ive also got this one arriving tomorrow so will see how it compares, it’s a bit bigger so expecting it to be more powerful, but dont want it to be too loud. Also has a battery built in which could be handy.

well at £100 it better be. i would never spend that much, not even half. I'm talking £15, £20 at the very most.
