The App is forcing me to update, it goes off to the Play Store then I get a "Sorry something went wrong. Try again" message when i try to update the app.

All other apps seem to be ok.

What version of the nationwide app are you on? For me it's 10.1.0 last updated 8th October 2020.

I did wonder if Nationwide had stopped supporting huwaei - at least that's not the case

They want it wiped to a factory reset.
What’s the best way to backup so I can restore it on return?

I can't see there being any quick ways of backing up 55gb. I think hi-suite works quite well myself!

There was a problem with documents, when I deselected them it backed up no problem.
