Hopefully one of the Sky Q guys can confirm what I think.

Am I supposed to return remotes, HDMI and power cables, and the wifi booster box along with the boxes?

When I left Sky they sent me two lots of packaging to return the equipment. I have just packaged up my Sky Q boxes - 1 x set top box, 2 x mini boxes, and 1 x hub into that packaging. There was no room to include the WiFi booster box nor any of the remotes, HDMI or power cables that came with the boxes when we had it installed. Incidentally, SKY sent instructions about what to include in each package.. and have followed that.

Therefore I am assuming they don't need returning - on the basis remotes can get quite battered.

Would appreciate thoughts!!

Sky sent me some packaging and it was the boxes, remotes and power cables I was asked to return so that’s all they got, the remotes and power leads fitted into sections of boxes that folded over ... not sure why this would be different in your case. Pass on the booster box though.

It was a simple process

Thanks. The boxes fit in the packaging nice and snugly. Just no room for the other stuff.

I have tried to get through to sky but there is a long queue on the blower.

Plenty is pushing it. Live chat just hangs there. Text and email sent but my experience with email and Sky is pretty poor!
