Any help would be greatly appreciated as Netgear are making it difficult to contact them about this so was hoping someone else has come across this issue.

So I've recently bought a new Netgear D7000 AC1900 router and NordVPN. Enabling NordVPN (regardless of country selected) gives me about .01kb/s download speed (nothing). Googling it and went through the main options advised from the net. Nothing worked. Having a goosy gander through the router settings, I noticed on the Logs I had lots of the following entries...

[DoS attack: ACK Scan] from source: 169.47.5.228:443 Friday, May 25,2018 20:14:47

Googling that, seems to come up with the router misinterpreting scans as a DDOS attack. Unfortunately the router doesn't seem to give me an option to disable whatever inbuilt security software there is to let the data pass through (not attempted the DMZ option yet but I don't really want to go down that route as there's more than 1 PC).

Does anyone have any idea how to fix?

Thanks smile
